Details -

Stock Polaris 2cyl turbo machines range from 135(stock XPT) to 156(stock Pro XP) wheel HP depending on model and year. Our turbo will support up to 265 wheel HP depending on your build.

We do not recommend running over 26lbs in any dune or endurance applications as shaft speeds are reaching critical limits for long periods. 32lbs in short term or drag racing can be done.

Comes with TPR-built Turbo Smart actuator set to 5lbs crack pressure, we do not recommend increasing gate pressure as this will result in waste gate failure and boost creep. This turbo will do everything it was designed to do with a 5lb actuator.

Tuning will be required, your factory boost controller needs to be programmed to achieve your targeted boost.

Benefits over stock turbo are huge, a proper design turbo will be more efficient which means less back pressure, netting you higher gains with less boost, faster spool and the potential to make more total power.

The key to making reliable power on the 2cyl Polaris models is make as much power as possible with the least amount of boost. A more efficient turbo will get you this.

Fits -

  • Pro XP (direct replacement)
  • Turbo R (direct replacement)
  • XP Turbo(S) With TPR015 install kit
